The bulk of the projects to be commissioned were all flagged off by wike incase you're not aware and an arrangement was made for the payments to be deducted monthly from the igr inorder for the projects to be completed in record time and to forestall neglect of the projects, as a matter of fact the first road to be commissioned was completed last year

I believe they're still friends, it's not easy to house someone in government house if he's not your friend... They just have political challenge and it's normal. A Governor needs to exercise full executive powers without interference... and if you want to control him , it shouldn't be too obvious especially to his subordinate.

Abandoned projects including the Portharcourt monorail project started by Rotimi Amaechi but abandoned by ever angry Nyesom Wike. Once Amaechi joined APC, the rail project went under.
APC is now also manipulating Wike.

APC has remained a curse to Rivers state.
