Falana is right about where the house can sit and it is only the speaker with the vote of majority members of the house who can decide where to sit if the house is not habitable.

But members defecting from one party to the other will only lose their seat if there is no crisis in their party during the defection and even if there is no crisis or not the court needs to pronounce them as non members based on their defection when there is no crisis so that inec can conduct another election for those vacant seats but nobody can prove that there was no crisis in PDP in Rivers state or in the PDP national body itself when the lawmakers defected.
