Nigeria has three major cities - Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.... other are just trying to catch up. In terms of development, the gap Lagos and Abuja gave Port Harcourt is so huge. However, I must appreciate Port Harcourt because unlike Lagos and Abuja, it wasn't built with federal money.

Nice one but PHC is supposed to be more developed than this . Embezzlement has killed the politians from this place. I would love to see the slums also.

PH City! We have had the best Governors and Sim Fubara is continuing the good work. More development just need to go into more local governments
