If the speaker can not sponsor the girls to school or to learn trades that will better their lives and the society at large, then he's only sponsoring future bandits.
Marriage is a good thing and must be celebrated by all, but time has passed when marriage was an achievement.
Again when they claim the girls are between 18-25 years, then they are no longer orphans but adults. But if they said they are orphans, why not take care of their upbringing but only interested in sponsoring their marriage. Who then will sponsor their daily household needs?.
