You open your bucca (mouth) and type trash. You will soon learn the hard way because what favor your impunities today will not favor it tomorrow. Like what PO said, yesterday judges was God fearing unlike today that Jagaban has bought their conscience
Buccalcavity2:
Shame on PO. Any simpleton can make that same statement.
Mention examples of corrupt judiciary and make policy statement that can address it. That's what sound minds do.
Earlier, you were the greatest beneficiary of sound Judiciary, now Judiciary is bad!
Only your kind listen to you now

Judiciary is a threat when it doesn't Favour you but was excellent when it made you the governor. Do you know na. Nigerians don't have respect for judiciary just bcs politicians . Many Nigerians and politicians just behave and react against judiciary as if it was established for only political dispute in Nigeria.

The judges themselves might be very scared of their lives if they don't do the bidding of the ruling politicians.

Pandora is now a loosed mouthed failure. The same Judiciary gave you a chance to govern Anambra. You are not a presidential material we truly dodged a bullet.

Please read to understand
He said there has been a “decline in the judiciary “
Meaning the judiciary is no more what it used to be in the past.

Saying Peter Obi can never be Nigeria president is not out of hatred, Peter Obi don't just have the quality/character of a president.

Imagine someone who made some statements just some days ago oo, within that same week, he has contradicted his own self out of desperation.

When the Judicial favoured him, it was good, but when it didn't favour him, it's now bad and rotten..

The earlier Peter Obi realized he can never be Nigeria president as he doesn't even have any tangible achievements to show for it, the better for him and his supporters.

At least better than HERO beer.

The problem nowadays is people don't know how to read.. there is a difference between something is not good and something is declining. Has he lied? NO... THE JUDICIARY SYSTEM OF NIGERIA IS DECLINING. Weather you agree or not it doesn't matter its is as clear and night and day even for a blind man. You can't compare what the judiciary was 10years ago to what it is now. 10 years ago , the issue of court stopping a politician from been probe or arrest was a no or rare occurrence but today the reverse is the case.
Obi is 100 percent correct, you don't condemn a factual statement just because you hate the messenger. DEAL WITH THE MESSAGE NOT THE MESSENGER.

You are right . I suddenly have issues with how this man thinks . When it benefits you , all is good . Once it doesn’t , they are evil . Mention names . Who asked him for money to pass judgment ? Mention their names . Report to the judicial council and make it public . Instead of just making carpet statements without proof .

This is typical of most Nigerians . As soon as you benefit from a government , even if they are killing Nigerians , you turn a blind eye . If not benefiting , they become activists and opposition . Classic example is Reno Omokri

Use your gumption. Judiciary is an institution not an event. Arguably, 60% of those involved in POs case are still in service. So are they now more corrupt but weren't then?
I repeat anybody can tell you what Judiciary should be, which is ALL he wrote!
Resourceful person will tell you specific things that are wrong and how he will fix it. That's the higher way!
I know you love him but exercise independent judgement.

A simpleton calling PO a simpleton. You think talking in national issues is lik nairaland or twitter where you can make direct accusations?

Even retired judges in recent judicial conferences admitted the judiciary is commercialised a s have called for reforms. So it's because Obi said it that you are mastubating through your brain.

These APC urchins have replaced the word idiots in the judiciary

Is there any politicians in Nigeria practicing hypocrisy the way Peter Obi is doing? I doubt

A man that can't stand by his own words.

This same Peter Obi made the below statements just some days ago oo

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2024/05/i-was-the-highest-beneficiary-of-incorruptible-judiciary-peter-obi/amp/

So because he made the statement he can't call out a clear problem in our democracy when he deems it fit to? Haven't you Heard even former judges admitting that the judiciary needs reforms so it can be truly independent? The executive at all levels control the judiciary and legislature and that's not democracy no matter the party you lean to...

There's a reason it's called the last hope of the common man cos there's the rule of law and the absence of arbitrary government as postulated by A.V. Dicey. You guys will eventually ground this democracy to a halt with this sentiments. We need to keep carrying out reforms in all sectors to deepen democracy and not encourage tyranny. It only brings one thing eventually... people resistance and definitely military regime. We should fight for our democracy

how is the statement contradictory? I guess you have a problem with general comprehension, so acknowledging a once upon a time when the judiciary worked and drawing a parallel to the story state it is now is termed a contradictory statement, only people whose brains aren't properly developed would have a problem with the simple comprehensible statement.
