The inconsistencies in policies is as a result of ethnic tensions amongst the various ethnic groups in nigeria it will always remain like this until nigeria is either restructured or divided. Look at the countries with stable economic policies and see the unity and cohesion in the country.

Evening chaw for ranting pig, Dangote refinery is worth x3 of that . grin grin grin You win some and loose some, you can’t have all the investments but election sour losers will cry , ask them how many investments their fraud brought to Anambra that’s worth $2b they’ll insult you , yet they said we should vote YO-YO bitters.

Take a look at another pathetic and useless human occupying a space in this our country.
Instead of you to address what the man raised, you're here typing nonsense.
A foreigner openly accused our country of inconsistency in policies, accused our government of waking up one day to demolish investors investment, instead of addressing that, you decided to act like a fool insulting those who don't even know whether you exist or not.

You're free to spew your rubbish because that's what your likes are known for here but God forbid I reply you.

So because you want to invest Angola now, you start saying shii about Nigeria, put your money where your mouth is and stop the unnecessary talks.

The part he said that Nigeria lacks talent, if you're in support and happy to all what the man talks about Nigeria, then you should be ashamed of yourself of being among the talentless in Nigeria
He is not saying shii about Nigeria. He is telling the reason he chose Angola over Nigeria

Sharap, other investors will come , are they the only ones ? Whenever some these multi nationals don’t see chance to exploit they can come up with anything .
You’re opening your gutter mouth to talk nonsense. I hope you’ll use that same mouth to caution Airpeace , that’s already violating laws in UK,
You won’t bring in conspiracy theories that Uk wants to gang up against airpeace . Emergency lovers of Nigeria over night . We know all your tricks.

Patrick Pouyanne just wants to put pressure on PBAT and the Nigerian Govt. Granted that the PIB was in the works for several years but now that it has been passed, there is little excuse.

The fiscal terms they enjoy in the deep water space is one of the best in the world. If they can't invest in the onshore business for security and crude theft reasons, they have little excuse in the deep offshore space.

That said, TotalEnergies still has massive investments in Nigeria including NLNG where they and their fellow shareholders are making a kill.

I wonder why he was quiet on their investment in Mozambique where the massive LNG investment has run into troubled waters due to massive insecurity issues. Angola might be the short term beneficiary but they all know Nigeria offers long term benefits and Patrick only wants to strike a good deal with Tinubu. TotalEnergies realises 10% of its global revenue from this same Nigeria and about 13% of its global investments are in Nigeria. Just think of that for a moment. Not sure they are in a hurry to leave a country they have been doing business in since the 1950s or so. Patrick just wants to pressure us to get a little more from Nigeria.

All the balablu town hall noise of he built Lagos solely to the 5th economy has been exposed for the propaganda lie that it is.

He has elevated his Chicago tax & thief modus operandi from Lagos to Abuja federal.

25 years of looting Lagosians with nothing to show has turned the metropolis into a gutter ghetto.

itubaba001:
Lagos, the commercial hub of Nigeria, has been ranking as one of the worst places to live in the world for the nine straight years, a BusinessDay analysis shows.

Data from the 2019 Global Liveability Index published by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), the world’s leader in global business intelligence, shows the city has been within the range of 137th-139th position out of a total of 140 cities in the world from year 2011-2019.

The EIU examines the quality of health care, education, infrastructure, stability, and culture when assessing living conditions of each city. More than 30 factors are taken into account when calculating each rank, which are then complied into a weighted score between one and 100.

Damn. That would have been a massive investment if not for Tinubulation.

Just look at how Nigeria is killing our dream in the Niger Delta region.

By now, Ph would have looked like Japan, Uyo like Johannesburg. CRS would be like Toronto, Delta like Peterborough and Bayelsa like Miami. But here we are, trapped in Nigeria.

The SS region still remains the best in the country.

Anyone that brings in money for investment is not doing so to help you. He's looking to take out much more in profits.

I think I prefer an indigenous company like Dangote than those that will take out our money and repatriate to their home countries in billions of dollars.... Making our economy to experience naira weakening over and over again
