Conscious efforts make those countries clean.

They don’t indiscriminately throw items on the road.
The parents don’t look the other way when their kids throw things on the road.

Taxes work in those countries as there are sweepers dedicated to their jobs.

Government and citizens are responsible. In naija, reverse is the case.

oyinbo land and their really RUBBISH food

shaybebaby:
Essex is one of the flattest and driest counties in the UK, Cumbria the opposite, mountainous and the wettest.

I'll add pictures once we arrive but in the meantime. Enjoy the pics of the landscape as I traverse from south to North.
Re: Essex To Cumbria Road Trip (Photos) by frog12: 6:25pm On May 25
nothing fancy about their land. go back to your country grin

shaybebaby:
Some funny places names we have. Drove past a place called Trumpington😂

Let's hope the place smells better and is not scandalous like the former POTUS.

In the meantime, do you think God lives in Godmanchester?

Yeah, lots of farm land with sheep, chickens and cows.

The brown dots you see are the chickens.

My literal dream

Home stretch now.

I'm tired and can't wait to go to bed.

But you can see those mountains I mentioned, truly a place of natural beauty.

Compared to Nigeria landscape, it looks like the views of Oban hills from calabar -Itu road. Another place one could get such view is driving from odukpani to Awi Akampa and looking for the undulating skyline of Oban massive in the horizons.
Very beautiful and captivating!

England is such a green country..but it has to be. With all the rain we get.

In spring, early ☀️ summer, it is truly a beautiful place.

Nigeria is greener or used to be but Nigerians just seem to like to chamber everywhere, debasing the land, erecting crud structures up and down, without permission... or with permission granted by bogus realtors. No green space is safe.

People may not realise that the second half of the world's lungs takes in Nigeria, Cameroon and Congo combined forests. Brazil rainforest is the other half. Nigeria has almost destroyed its own.

That is right wing propaganda.

Statistics show that only 2% of the U.K is built on.

Only 2%?
I don't want to believe that

This looks like fun. Idk why I've never been to England. My Canadian Passport needs a U.K stamp. Round trip tickets are about $1000 too, which's really cheap. OP, besides London, which city in the U.K would you recommend to someone visiting the U.K for the first time? I would love to see France and Ireland on the same trip as well, since they're close to the U.K. Y'all in Europe are just really lucky, as the countries are close to each other and you can probably just hop on a train to see one country to another.
Devon and Cornwall: Great Beaches

Scottish Highlands, Lake District: Stunning Scenary.

Edinburgh, York: Fantastic Cities

Could you live here?
You should also make a trip to Bristol. It's nice down here!

I really like to hear that.
Sometimes I love to see new places but the process of getting there dey tire person. Especially with young kids.

I planned a road trip for Memorial Day starting tomorrow. It might take up to 5 hours to get to the beautiful village and county side I want to see but guess what? We’ll still be in California. grin

My best friend drove 9 hours (no traffic) to come spend Christmas with me and we both live in California. The long roads really are tiring. Thankfully there’s much to be seen along the way otherwise it won’t be worth it at all.
Well, maybe in Cali. But in Boston, 4 hours drive you are in Canada. Even Maine and Vermont are just an hour away from the boarder. And Boston has good and serene areas.

Some more pics from yesterday.

I particularly love how the sun cuts through the clouds..almost like a divine hand is sending its blessings.

We got stuck behind lots of campervans. Because the lake district is a tourist destination, if you are the outdoorsy type.

Apparently, the region attracts 27million tourists yearly. Its easy to see why.
Are you not scared of insecurities; like kidnapper and arm robbers.

I know.

When I lived in Washington I used to frequent Vancouver Canada because it’s only 2-3 hours away.

Still if you’re doing cross country in America it’s definitely a long long road. Versus doing the same in UK from what I heard

So if only two percent land is used where r the uk people?
Re: Essex To Cumbria Road Trip (Photos) by Sapasenator: 7:54pm On May 25
I love the scenery but let's be honest, Its mostly boring you get to see the same thing over and over again.

I will prefer a road trip in West Africa over this.
