Absolutely YES. If NO, How will a candidate that got admitted tru catchment cut-off prove that he is from a catchment state like Osun without that?
It is required by most schools in Nigeria if not all.

Yeah, u'll need something like that. However, I've never heard of certificate of state of origin. The one that is most common is Local government certificate of origin. Its very easy to get that. Just go to ur local government headquaters with a passport.

It wont but u cant have an admission letter for OAU until u go to a Jamb Zonal office to reject the admission offer from LAUTECH.
I have a friend wu was offered Civil Engineering in LAUTECH (2nd choice) last year and at the same time Agric Engineering in OAU, she had to go to d Jamb Zonal office in Ilorin to reject LAUTECH and accept OAU. Thereafter, her Jamb admisn leta was changed frm LAUTECH to OAU nd she printed her OAU admission letter on Jamb site.
