Diss means disrespect.
First off Eminem has diss himself on his way to stardom, even Walk on water was aimed at his lower standards of late, tracks like 'The way I am' also shows Eminem dissing his own self.
If you know Eminem, you will know he is his own worst critique.

You talk about personal what's that got to do with Eminem beard, his last 3 album, reading a dictionary, or wearing hood and a baseball cap, good grief is MGK dissing all this new mumble rappers or one of the Goats with all these petty stuff?

He even said he got all his shit without Dre producing him, MGK was no where near Eminem level at the same age, Eminem showed great potential thats why Dre put his caree on the line to sign Eminem.
