Why are nigerian architect so restricted? _{sometimes I feel they are being trained by only one person hence the one dimensional designs}would that be the fault of the building engineers?

Most hospitals look like residential buildings and most banks/commercial buildings are not practical- children, mothers with babies, disabled people are totally left out of their plans

Well, most hospitals are residential buildings. At least they were intended to be, when they were built.
Disabled people aren't regarded as people in Nigeria, unfortunately.
