It's probably unfair to just ask for one's best game on the PS3 console, as there are a slew of out-of-the-world awesome games! A more appropriate question, IMO, should've been about one's  most favourite games and also if just PS3 exclusive or multi-platform games.
However, for now, I'll just mention my best PS3 exclusive games in no particular order:
Uncharted (1, 2 and 3), God of War 3, Mod Nation Racers, Infamous 1 & 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Heavy Rain, Gran Turismo 5,Killzone 1, 2 and 3,Resitance 1,2 and 3 and Final Fantasy XIII (used to be a PS3 exclusive.)
Any decent PS3 owner worth their salt have either played or own these games smiley

for me its Metal Gear Solid 4, shocked though it has little replay value,

I love GOD of WAR 3 man. It is great to the extent that a man started playing it everyday and night and that make her wife to get him listed on CRAIGSLIST for people to bid for him because she was tired of her husband's behaviour. That's awesome news and it spreads throughtout the net some weeks ago.

My own is different from this either but I love the game grin grin grin grin grin grin

God Of War 3, Call of Duty(MW3), UNCHARTED 1,2,3 Fifa 12, This games can never be compared to anything on earth, !

that's not true it wasn't God of war that he was playing God of war was not Mentioned by the wife it was call of duty modern warfare

PS3 games are now easy to get even you can download it as low as #1000. But beware of PES12.

You can get the downloading game as low as 1k. there is software that you have to upload into your PS3 and after that you would be able to play any dawnloading game on it. but becareful of PES12 & FIFA 12. you wish to know much? odes_otosa@yahoo.co.uk
