after calling mutah names and condemning it,he finally agreed that the Prophet (sa) allowed it before he alleged that it was later "banned".so implicitly he has insulted the person of the Prophet (sa). he also ignores the hadiths that point out as we shia maintain, that it was Umar that forbade mutah and not the Prophet (sa).also as hadith would show, the sahaba and muslims practiced mutah up to the time of Abu bakr, the first sunni caliph and it was alright. There is nothing that will prove that our Imams (as) especially Imam Ali (as) thought of mutah as something forbidden.the followers of umar were blind followers.the condition for usthman becoming caliph was his acceptance to follow the "sunnah of the shaykhain",i.e.sunnah or teachings of abu bakr and umar, referred to as the "two sheikhs".the people followed the bid'ah of umar.the same happened on tarawih bid'ah of umar.Imam Ali (as) sent his son to disperse people from making this bid'ah a continuos act during the month of ramadan.but the reaction of people was "WA UMAR".that was an exclamation to symbolise sorrow for umar's legacy.people saw Imam Ali's (as) move not as upholding true Islam and fighting bid'ah.they saw him as someone abolishing umar's legacy.it is unfortunate that people from the teachings of umar and not the teachings of Muhammad (sa).that is the reality of sunnism.the arabian culture and tradition is ingrained in it.will Imam Ali (as) go into people's houses forcing men to practice mut'ah when it is not even an obligatory act? below is evidence that mut'ah was practiced up to the time of abu bakr, the first sunni caliph.how can someone give the excuse that some sahaba did not know that mut'ah was banned when mut'ah is allowed in a Quranic verse they read and there is no verse in the Quran that "abrogated" the permissibility?in fact there is nothing like abrogation in the Quran else that would amount to contradiction. Umar said: Two types of Mut'a were (legal) during the time of the Prophet and I forbid them both, and I punish those who commit it. They are: Mut'a of pilgrimage and Mut'a of women. Tafsir al-Kabir, by al-Fakhr al-Razi, v3, p201 under verse 4:24;Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, v1, p52 Sa'id b. al-Musayyab reported that 'Ali and 'Uthman (Allah be pleased with them) met at 'Usfan; and Uthman used to forbid (people) from performing Tamattu' and 'Umra (during the period of Hajj), whereupon 'Ali said: What is your opinion about a matter which the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) did but you forbid it? Thereupon Uthman said: You leave us alone, whereupon he ('Ali) said: I cannot leave you alone. When 'Ali saw this, he put on Ihram for both of them together (both for Hajj and 'Umra). Sahih Muslim, Book 7, Hadiths 2816 In Sunni commentary it is reported that: Umar said, while on the pulpit: "O folk! Three were (allowed) during the time of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&HF), and I forbid them, and make them Haraam, and punish on them. They were: Mut'a of women, Mut'a of Hajj (pilgrimage), and saying 'Hayya Ala Khair al-Amal'(i.e. during adhan)." Sharh Al-Tajreed, by al-Fadhil al-Qoshaji, (Imama Section) al-Mustaniran, by al-Tabari "He (Umar) is the first who made Mut'a forbidden (Haraam)." Tarikh al-Khulafaa, by al-Hafidh Jalaluddin al-Suyuti, p136 Also Both Ibn Jarir al-Tabari and al-Zamakhshari narrated that: "al-Hakam Ibn Ayniyah was asked if the verse of Mut'a of women is abrogated. He answered: 'No'." Tafsir al-Tabari, under commentary of verse 4:24 of Quran, v8, p178 ;Tafsir al-Kashshaf, by al-Zamakhshari, under the verse 4:24, v1, p519 "Ali said: The Mut'a is a mercy from Allah to his servants. If it were not for Umar forbidding it, no one would commit (the sin of) fornication except a (Shaqi/Shafa)." al-Nihaya, by Ibn al-Athir, v2, p249 ;al-Faiq, by al-Zamakhshari, v1, p331 ;Lisan Al-Arab, Ibn Mandhoor, v19, p166 ;Kanz al-Ummal, by al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, v8, p293 now ask the munafiqeen to show you the 3 instances were mut'ah is reported to have have been forbidden by the Prophet (sa):all the 3 hadiths outrightly contradict each other.with all the evidence available in sunni sources even pointing to the fact that umar, the father of bid'ah forbade things the Prophet (sa) permitted, one will only wonder why would those who claim to be muslims leave the teachings of the Prophet (sa) and follow that of Umar? |

Militants can marry Syrian women: Wahhabi cleric in Saudi Arabia Hard-line Saudi Wahabi cleric Sheikh Mohammed al-Arifi Mon Dec 31, 2012 6:22AM GMT A hard-line Wahhabi cleric in Saudi Arabia has recently issued a special religious decree that permits the militants in Syria to engage in short-term marriages with Syrian women. Sheikh Mohammed al-Arifi said that the marriages between the foreign-backed militants and Syrian women will satisfy the militants’ sexual desires and boost their determination in killing Syrians. He added that the marriages, dubbed by him as “intercourse marriages,” can be with Syrian females as young as 14 years old. He also promised “paradise” for those who marry the militants. Arifi has issued similar decrees in the past in support of the violence in Syria. He has also been organizing a fundraiser for the militant groups fighting Syrian government forces. Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011. Many people, including large numbers of security forces, have been killed in the turmoil. The Syrian government says the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country as there are reports that a very large number of the militants are foreign nationals. The shias ever so ready to tell lies a temporary marriage of a few hours for girls over 14, divorced women and widows, will help them attain paradise. The source for this story is Press TV, an Iranian propaganda outlet, so I wouldn’t usually post it, but Sheikh Mohammed al-Arifi has a history of saying similar enough things so that it’s not completely implausible, though the Sheik has taken to Twitter to deny it. As Robert Spencer further points out, there’s an irony in Shiite Muslims in Iran who routinely use temporary marriages for premartial and extramartial sex to complain about the Saudis. frontpagemag.com/2012/dgreenfield/saudi-cleric-promises-paradise-to-14-year-old-girls-who-have-sex-with-syrian-sunni-fighters/ The fact that even non muslims now know that shias are reprobate liars is very dicertening indeed! He denied ever making such statement www.el-balad.com/353455 Now would the liar shias apologise for this act of slander? |

omo see how shia media fabricates an interview with a president, this is truly a first: CAIRO — Egypt is to sue an Iranian news agency for having allegedly fabricated an interview with president-elect Mohammed Morsi, the official MENA news agency reported on Wednesday. It quoted the Islamist leader’s spokesman Yassir Ali as saying Fars news agency made up the widely quoted interview in which Morsi said he would improve ties with Iran and revise Egypt’s 1979 peace treaty with Israel. “Legal action will be taken against the Iranian Fars news agency which fabricated an interview,” Ali said. www.nationalpost.com/m/wp/news/blog.html?b=news.nationalpost.com/2012/06/27/egypt-to-sue-iran-news-agency-over-fabricated-interview-in-which-morsi-pledged-to-revise-israel-peace-treaty Do shias have any shame? A govt news agency goes to the extreme of inventing an interview with a president of another country, what else can they do, Shiek Arifi must be a small fish for them to fry! Omo this one don pass craze oh |
