Dependant Visa Application: Can Someone Sort Out Advice For Me?

I am currently a MSc SPORTS AND EXERCISE student here in LUTON.

My course finishes in September 2008.

I am 25 years old

I am been sponsored by my father till date through education loan.

I am working in mcdonald

I am getting married in Nov from indIAN Court , we have different religion. ,

WE ARE doing this without informing to our families and it is not possible for us to live in india.

I have previous emails exchange to prove continuos communication since 2005 Dec.

He is working in india but dont have strong bank satatement.

we r planin to apply for dependant visa in jan.
I will be going to india in oct last week.

He applied for Napier university in sep intake but coz of documentaion problem he differ for jan intake. So incase if he dont get visa, i want him to go with this dependent visa In jan, are we goin to get any problem with student visa rejection, ? or any other country's rejection in comin months, ? he has to apply for uk coz he cant get his fees back which he had paid to the university. its a rule from from uni

I will be thankful to all if I get positive ideas and sugetions with all requirements coz i dont have any information about this matter. Even he cant get any help from his family,

Why cant we get love easily any wayzzz guyzzz come up with some goood and effective ideas,

Check that site for steps to take b4 applying for a visa. Obviously,u both cant apply for dependant visa because u are both adults. I think it's better if he applies for a student's visa to come to UK. On getting here,he can then apply for for indefinite leave as ur spouse on a condition that u've got ur indefinite leave or british nationality.

The thing iz we are adults but getting married, I mean here i cant live alone I need some1, ma husband

amsandhya: I'm not sure where you're based! all the same it will be very difficult trying to sponsor someone/spouse or have someone as your dependant while you youself is still depending on both your dad and students loan. In America you can't even get a job outside the school (20hrs or more) under students visa unless you can Prof that your sponsor is going through some financial problem. I don't know how the system work where you are but you might wanna talk to an immigration lawyer! otherwise, get a sponsor for him and get him a student visa to join you but trust me its not going to be easy with neither of you being a citizen or permanent resident of where you live! good luck!
