This is a no 1959 photograph. Can you see Nigerian green and white flag on top of one of the buildings?. As at 1959, Nigeria wasn't using green and white flag.

if that is not 1959 that means its early 60s cos as u can see that building is standing on its own without any other buildin around, if u go there 2day u will not knw, cos that is the place where all the bank in enugu ar situated. @topic nize one bro.
