| Is This Normal? by Nazgul(op): 11:55am On Dec 15, 2024 |
I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal. Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha. I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? |

I had about so many people who ate late night food is not good for their system , hence, they have to eat before 7pm or 8pm latest |
| Re: Is This Normal? by Nazgul(op): 12:44pm On Dec 15, 2024 |
correctyourself:I wasn't having this experience before. Cos I know that even as at last year I do eat late sometimes. It started around early or middle this year. And it's been getting worse. Now I won't even be able to finish the food I'll just sleep right there while I'm eating. |

It's definitely a medical issue. Go to the nearest hospital and seek help before things gets out of hand. |

What do you do for work? The problem may be that you are usually stressed-out by the time you get home in the evening. It happens to me sometimes, but mine is that on such days, I would totally skip dinner. |

I'm also like this. Not so sure it'd be a medical condition. At any evening, after 6pm in fact, I get tired, I don't have the energy to eat anymore and postpone the food till dawn. And should I force myself, I would doze off after the first bite (e.g., I doze off even at noon over eating food like pounded yam, I chew it, so I know it's because of the energy). At that time, I eat only healthy snacks like nuts and low-chewing fruits like watermelon and wait till dawn, or even till 11am depending if I'd rather eat low-chewing omelette and tea as breakfast instead. Been like this for more than 8 years and it's not because of medical conditions, just low-energy to utilize my jaw to chew too much. If you believe your condition may have medical underlining, check with your doctor or another doctor for second opinion. |
