I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal.

Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha.

I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
I don't know your age but is medically wrong for you to be eating late in the night . Your evening meal should end by 6pm.or 7pm ...Anything outside that doesn't help your pancreas to work effectively . That's why many have diabetes today..They eat any how and at the wrong time

Our systems change over time.

I for example, alcohol is now a sleeping pill for me no matter the quantity. Whereas, it wasn't so prior.

Lunch is also a sleeping pill for me. Once I eat lunch and I have nothing doing, sleep is imminent, deep one for that. Whereas, it wasn't so prior.

You dont have any problem, It is worm disturbing you. All you need to do is deworm.

You are suppose to deworm at most twice a year.

Go to pharmacy, ask for deworm medicine.

You still finished the food ,after 1am grin

Well,I feel you don't rest enough. Eating 9pm is not even healthy,so you try and adjust.

You can as well seek medical advice..

I bring news from the great beyond of the spirit world and it goes.....

You are sharing your dinner with your ancestors at that odd hours of the night.
Stop eating late because it will get to a point where you may no longer wake up to meet the food in front of you, rather the meal completely consumed and the plates washed and well arranged in the corners of wherever you usually keep it.

Your body is trying to tell you that you shouldn't be eating that late when your system is already retiring for the day.

Change your eating pattern.
Eat your last meal of the day between 6-8pm, and observe what happens.

It's definitely a medical issue. Go to the nearest hospital and seek help before things gets out of hand.
Unfortunately, most Nigerian hospitals/doctors don't know much.
They mostly do "guess" work.
You're more likely to get correct diagnosis through the internet than from them.

Them no know pass malaria and typhoid.
