This president is clueless.
Instead of him to take action,he is announcing his intentions.
Everyone except him knows these terrorists will not be deter ed and may likely strike again around the New year.
Why continue to play Russian roulette with the lives of Nigerians.
All the security chiefs need to go including their management teams.
Fresh ideas are needed from young and intelligent officers.
The Customs have failed to prevent the importation of these dangerous weapons and their components.
Immigration has failed to prevent entry of illegal aliens that constitute most of the members of Boko haram.
The police have completely lost to battle These terrorists.
The armed forces are equally impotent against Boko Haram.
The SSS has failed to gather any intelligence on the activities of these sects.
The NSA is there because he is from the Presidents tribe.
Mr President act now and get rid of these people before they get rid of YOU!

True Talk!

what does service chief have to do with boko haram for God sake. instead of looking at why this people are bombing. jonathan goodluck,  is looking at the wrong thing, because he does not want to face the truth.

the previous service were removed for the same reason. and northerners did not stop bombing. does that not tell you, this is not the solution.

Exactly, this is an escalation of silliness!

Hmm, well let us wait and see what the new year ushers in, Mr. President does lack the will power, so I'm all eager to know what the first week of January will bring.

the satellite pictures are the reason why northerners are bombing, the problem is with  david mark and senators and others who are suppose to make change at the national assembly.

It is not the service chief responsibility to make change. It is the duty of david mark and senators . It is time we tell the truth.

What can the army chief do if he see satellite pictures and know why the people are bombing. he cant do anything to stop it. The only way to stop it is through altering the structure of Nigeria.

I think we must tell ourself the truth.

This is why i went to the international community and world leader asking for help, Nigeria would not have gone this bad.

Can u explain the link between the satellite pictures and the bombings?
Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by bilaya(m): 6:08pm On Dec 30, 2011
Removal of service chiefs like musiwa said, will not stop the bombings. The main way to stop boko haram is to infiltrate them and we need trained spies to do this.Unfortunately,we don't have any useful intelligence agency.

Sack them and bring in a new set of clueless bandits. WTF, the axe fits GEJ more than the service chiefs.
Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by stagger: 6:55pm On Dec 30, 2011
Boko Haram does not need to portray GEJ as weak; HE IS A WEAK PRESIDENT!

What kind of President allows a Chief of Army Staff (Dambazau) to commit such an act of treason and walk away scot free? If it were me as acting President at the time, Dambazau and his collaborators would have been sent to the firing squad!

That was the cue Boko Haram got and they haven't let up since. Even Yar' Adua on his sick bed dealt Boko haram a decisive blow at the time. So you really wonder what is with our beloved GEJ.

Honestly, my president dey fall my hand!
Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by Aamaed: 7:19pm On Dec 30, 2011
Pfftttt

GEJ acts like he doesn't know the true sponsors of Boko Haram.

Well Ringim,Dikko,Ndume(Who has been caught),Markarfa,Mohammed,Moro,Uzoma and many more are Sponsors.

GEJ will not and cannot do anything about it.He has eaten so much money to act.Son of a thief

Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by gaddafe(m): 12:06am On Dec 31, 2011
By the law governing public servant, the sevice chiefs are not allowed to make any statement that can sabotage the govt. If not you would have heard some of them calling the president a coward. Most of them know the sponsors of BH. They are only waiting for the order from GEJ to make arrest.
Don't forget that as we speak, some police men are still being tried in court for the death of some BH members. This is what will happen to any of them if they act without orders from above.
Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by JamesDoe: 12:39am On Dec 31, 2011
GEJ might run in 2015
GEJ might insist on PIB being passed
GEJ might ask for tenure elongation
GEJ might remove subsidy
GEJ might go after cabals
GEJ might sack service chiefs!

What is it with might and GEJ. Just phocking do something!

It is an unnecessary move, as nothing new will come of it. Just pass a law permitting us to defend ourselves.

France is not coming to deal with any Boko Haram, they are trying to exert their influence in the country.

Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by ridgeman: 4:12pm On Dec 31, 2011
Does GEJ have the support of the Military? I doubt it. BH is small in comparison to what will happen when the subsidy is removed and Nigerians increasingly suffer. As the saying goes- give a man enough rope and he will hang himself!
Re: New Year Shocker Awaits Service Chiefs by JamesDoe: 1:13am On Jan 01, 2012
Given the state of emergency now announced in some parts of Nigeria, how likely are these expected sacking?
