I finally figured out what was going on with my life and finances while neck deep in playing virtual. To God be the glory I have finally called it quit. My wife especially suffered a great deal but she was patient. I hope to never go back to that lifestyle again

The truth is that I'm done. I can't see myself going back cos I've been there for 7yrs before leaving so I know what I'm saying. I now know for sure that gambling cannot make me rich so that's it

Yea I want to invest in book massively and read like mad. It was a habit I had few years back but gambling time stole it away. I'm going back to voracious reading and any other habit that can help me develop myself

Beautiful. Glad you've come to that realization, I don't think you're just coming to this realization after 7 years. That is why I believe you need to do something different this time around, may be having a concrete plan including an accountability system would help.

Amen. By God's grace I'm working on it, especially the accountability stuff.
