Can any experienced hand advice/inform me.What could be possible feed cost,profit margin etc of raising 200 birds. |

N200,000 is required to rear them to maturity for about 8 weeks ( i.e 1k per bird). Depending on the area you are, a bird weighing 2kg could go for at least N1,300. During festive seasons, you can make a profit up to 150% on your investment. Note: I'm into poultry farming as a hobby. I am talking from experience NOT theory. |

Visit www.johnayodele. for poultry information. A day old broiler costs N150.00 and a day old layer costs N200.00 With N200,000 you can raise chickens but the chicken house is not included in the N200k budget. |
