The custom officer doesn't know where the crude is loaded from,what he said was what they told him initially.All those crude heading to Kaduna refinary are lifted illegally from Niger Delta i suspected that,hw come Kaduna refinary was operating & yet we count it among the inoperative refinaries? what I can deduce from this report is that,
1. Some of this refinery are actually work at full capacity
2. That the crude being imported back is being sold to themself at ridiculously low price
3. That this crude goes thru this channels to avoid being recorded as part of the crude supplied by NNPC directly the refinery
4. The the crude which pass thru this channels when refined are not recorded as part of locally refined fuel.
5. NNPC now store this refine fuel as imported fuel for marketer and itself
6. Subsidy is collected for fuel that as passed thru this channels
