Women or young girls can be very complex. What do they want? Relationship, what in it is their major concern - steady conversation.

But in most cases a woman you don't talk to can be secretly admiring and thinking of you all day, till night, or even dream about you, without your consent. It's something magical, love and emotions. Unfortunately the society ties up their mouth from spilling out whatever they feel for a man first to the man.

Because the man isn't aware of all his secret lovers, he literally breaks the heart of most other girls when they see him with another woman. That is when you begin to hear things like, look who he ended up with...mtcheew.

What on earth should men do about this ?

Nothing, in fact nothing stop her from approaching the guy

I am just saying op should encourage women to be more open towards their love interest/relationship.

They should not because of fear of rejection and ditch the approach. Most Men have been collecting lots of rejections out there from the women, but it still didn't deter them from approaching other women

I don't think women are wired that way. That's why many of them never find true love, because they can't be with the man they want, due to the same reason of waiting to be talked to first. It's just weird. Deep down the man gets the signal of what the girl or woman feels about them but is too busy with being independent.
