let me explain how banking work here. I can borrow any amount of money. But in nigeria people steal because they dont have money. but over here. we all have access to money. Even most people dont worry about thier children university education much because the government have put inplace system for them.
Every child can go to university. It is the child who decide if he does not want to go or not. Not the parent income. even if the parent have $0 thier children will still go to university. this is the reason i said i should rule to copy what white people do.
