I only know of airtel. Recharge ur fone with N1200 and send BSM to 440. U can restart ur fone after this and u're gud to go.

Am now a proud owner of brand new Symbian running Nokia 808 PureView. I bought it this evening here in Abuja, at Wuse II.

Man! This phone is something else. 41 megapixel is something one would never imagine that a symbian phone would have. Yet, am staring at it, right in front of me. I love Nokia.

From the shop I bought it, they had only two: a black & a white colour. I chose/picked the black. So the white is remaining. But am not sure it will stay in that shop beyond tomorrow.

Kudos to Nokia for this powerful Symbian device!

Ok. Dats quite expensive. I think it will be cheaper (about the price of galaxy s3) when it becomes more available.
Anyway, I think I will wait till September and see what Nokia has to offer.

If you're new to belle perhaps u could check d symbian^3 apps thread and make a pick of some cool apps.

I love the organization here, android just scares me, I can't. Turn into a techie just to maximize my ☎ potentials.

Yeah but at least there is no fragmentation issue. Almost verything for belle, works in belle phones but for android you have to start looking for phone specified software and games.

My Nokia E7 has been having issues with its charging port lately, i recently took it to nokia customer care and i was told it would cost me 15k to fix hence i've got no warranty. I wanna ask, can a HDMI cable act as a charger and charge my phone for me?
Please your swift response will aid my next move of action.

Nope bro your HDMI port wont charge your phone, u can always use the USB port for charging. However, this method is so damn slow and takes more hours to charge the device when u are using the normal micro USB Cables like the one sold with the device.
U ll get a very fast charge (abt 1-2hrs 100% charge) with a high end 2.0 usb cable, like those ones that usually comes with computer external Hard disk & Cameras, u wont even miss your charger.

thanks man, that means my phone is gonna be up for eviction like the BBA cuz after fixing it imma put it up for sale.
Its damn so pathetic that a phone i cherished and have not used up to a year has started having issues and all them nokia care could tell me was my phone doesn't have a warranty.

I installed SOCIALLY in my nokia N8,but i cant login to my facebook account,cos the nokia web browser cant show a username or password input field,what can i do about that,
or is there any other app in can use to sync my face book events to my calender,and sync contacts pics and info

Bro, during Social app installation, there is a secondary installation file that pops up after completing the initial one, it usually shows ''Installing widgets, please wait'' . This is where all control engines are located. Did u get this during installation?
Also do u have ''socialinstaller.exe'' running in background? Check this using either KILLME or NETQIN under system application-Running apps
