just pick up a search form in corporate affairs commission, submit 2 names for search. Its just 200 naira. After 3 weeks,come back,and check if the name was approved. If it has not,then you repeat the search again. But if it has been approved,then buy a form for registration.It cost 250 naira, fill and submit to one of the cac lawyers for assessement.After that take it for printout and pay the 5000 naira application fee.
