pls what is that 3G unrestrictor supposed to do?

some apps on iTunes and Cydia can only be used over WiFi
just like ATT restricting video cals to only wifi, which means u cant use 3G
so 3G unrestrictor fools the app or server into thinkin that u are using a wifi network

Battery life: better than BB, but one thing i've noticed, brighten ur screen to up to 50% and it drains ur battery.
even 'em 3D games drain it like hell . . but on standby, it's amazing

5.1.1 is jailbroken already. the release is very near. although some devices are still left out, iphone 4/4s, ipad3/2 wifi, ipad1 are all jailbroken on 5.1.1. 3GS,ipod 3G are both out of luck. they are still working on d other devices.

I installed and used SIRI on a jail-broken iPhone 4 (ios 5.1) yesterday; was pretty cool

pls we have wifi connection in myhostel and i and my roomie use an iphone 4 running on ios5 but the problem is the wifi is an hotpot login and whenever we try to connect the page where wld input our username and password comes out but when we click on either and try to type the keypad wld pop for a sec nd go down back immediately nt making us to be able to type our details for internet acess but my friends iphone running on ios4 works perfectly well........any help?

I'm on 5.1.1 and it's tethered, at least you know when to charge. U can clearly see when' you've got a low charge
besides, the iPhone's battery is inside, not like regular phones that would fall and the battery comes off
iOs rarely freezes, so no need for reboots, worst case, you'd respring!

they are scared of jailbreak not to talk of tethered. i sold a jailbroken iphone4 factory unlocked to one guy and he said he wanted to confirm from his apple expert if its fake, d expert told him to check if there is cydia there,he said yes, next thing, the guy started shouting dat i sold a fake iphone to him. I was dumbfounded. Unfortunately, there was no one in their office dat knows about iphone. it took me 2 hrs to lecture and show them the meaning of jailbreak and how to identify a fake iphone. cos of that, i dont jailbreak my iphones before selling anymore.

He asked the manager the secret behind the cool stuffs, he was told its jailbreak. After jailbreaking his phone, one day he decided to do OTA upgrade then no way cos his device is already jailbroken, I tried my best to convince him. He said no. 2 days ago, he called me telling me he can't find confirmSms on the iPhone again and that he so much enjoy that feature. Told him that's not possible without jailbreak cos he's already on 5.1 without jailbreak then he was like I want to jailbreak again. And that's currently not possible. See, the bottom line is, no matter how useful you think jailbreak is, some people think its "evil". Apple don brain-wash so many people. I know 1 or 2 people on here like that. Can't start naming names now cos I don tire of "e-war"

100% CONFIRMED. I "m just waiting for the 4S jailbreak on 5.1.1 before swapping finally. Attimes i use d backboard app to save a "no tweak" profile. When i just feel like using d fone in d vir-gin mode, i activate d profile. Honestly it doesnt last a day
