Cheat browsing is cheat, that's dishonesty. Browsing has become relatively cheap these days, some of the networks give mb just by your loading recharge card. If you must browse above that, look around and find someone to sponsor you. If you really MUST BE on the internet using lots of mb, you'll get a sponsor. You can also pray God to provide for you if you are a christian. Or better still, wait for your time, when you can conveniently afford legal internet browsing. It's a blessing in disguise, having time to do more important things than chatting on the net, social networking and other time wasting activities that most young people engage in. Go read your books more, get a grip on reality, know God more, learn a skill, a musical instrument, pray more. Yes, pray more. Discuss intelligently with known/visible neighbours and plan your life and future. Remember, whatsoever a man sows, he will reap.

Yes, that's why they should stop it. That a multitude is doing something does not justify it. It's covetousness, christians should live within their means and be an example/light to others. You are right, in jewish culture the poor/unprivileged/hungry can go to someone's farm and take some fruits to eat.
