Anyway, @ Poster, stop lusting after woman that is not your spouse. Keep your body under subjection (maybe by fasting) and exercising self control in your mind. Always think positive and meditate God's word in your mind most of the time. I hope this helps.

What do you feed your mind with?  Do you watch or read pornographic materials?  Flee every appearance of evil and make a covenant with your eyes not to commit lookry.

I'm not a porn addict I stopped being one long ago but I just can't help but admire the curvaceous bodies of women in the tv, Internet and on the street and then thinking about handling them.

The first step then is understanding you have a s.ex addiction and this is something you might not be able to resolve by yourself.

You can however try to train yourself to avoid the triggers of such thoughts eg p.ornography. Easier said than done.

You cant of course avoid seeing half n.aked women everywhere but if you're really serious about handling this s.ex addiction, you can change how you respond to them. Once again, easier said than done.

Pray sha- for God to give you strength.

Then remember the devil finds work for idle minds.

Grasp the serious nature of your sin. Jesus said that it would be better for you to be blind and go to heaven, than for your eye to cause you to sin and end up in hell (Matthew 5:29).
