People, Please I need help here, anybody know of IITA Ibadan's recruitment process. I actually went for their interview (I met 4 other people for the same job) and about 48 hours later, one of the reference on my CV said he got a reference request for me from IITA. Does this mean I am being considered or is IITA doing the same reference request for the 4 other people I met at the interview?

Any other IITA views will be appreciated.

Hi Guys, i'm actually following this thread because a friend of mine is also going through the TEPNG recruitment process. He just got an invite to the interview in port harcourt. Venue is the Company's guest house aka elf village.

I heard this morning that they called some people yesterday.

At least while waiting for the feedback from them, lets dousr de tension by 'gisting' about our experience at PH naaa...abi wetin una think? As for mine, omo de security.personnel at the entrance to de venue day scared me oo...I now later understood dat this was PH.where kidna....ng na business. No worry, we go work fot TOTAL PH nothing go do us......ehen..back to de self assessment test....Nnaamenn, dat 230 self traits appraisal made me understsnd myself better sha...De consultant come say mek I draw, kai I TRIED.small sha, but I no be perfect artist ooo/.lol..When he now said I should replicate what I had drawn...bross eee, my brain gear 1 come de do fast work ooo...lol.....Lets hear urs as I hope to be back wt more tori like dat cube game, map reading et all....lets have fun peeps...I see myself working in TOTAL in faithby GOD's grace...God go do am for us....Ur stories jooor

i wonder the kind of person they are looking for..... ...by the way, which section of the interview is more important, is it the personality section or the HR interview with the panelist.

@Ernike..the position applied for here is HR PROFESSIONALS. Came out around Dec 2011, professional test is field based. Total currently has openings for thosr from Akwa ibom and Rivers as part of their local content initiatives. Dis is aside their normal recruitment process we re currently undergoin. @HR professionals. Did u get any mail from their site deleting ur application? Was told dat its an auto msg cos afterall, we had been contacted and shortlisted. How did ur interview go with the two man panel. I think thosr guys were good and made de atmosphere friendly while extracting meticulously every details from us as contained in our cvs. As per the cube box game, how many of u guys went beyond the one requiring the 6cubes diagram? I think dat was de 4th on dat pad. Really dont know which part of the process is most critical though but as it is, the Miracle is in thehands of the Lord God to favour us IJN

as per the puzzle game/bricks, i got stuck on the fouth page and the psychologist stopped me, may he was tied and he had a flight to catch for the day. although some other guys that went in for their session did got stuck at some stages and where told to proceed to the next level.

the interviewer (two man panel) were really good at making you feel relaxed while you give out all they need. sincerely, i wonder how long we have to wait and how many people they really need at the end of the process.

fingers crossed....only God knows who He wants for the job even if we pray till tommorrow....He already made all things beautiful for us, its up to us to accept it the way it comes. God knows what is best for us.
