You may not be able to use the first set to judge how our set will be handled. If you are bored, you may go for the teaching job to kill time. For me, na so so sleep sleep I go dey sleep before training. I expect the training to be rigorous, so let me sleep in advance.

I am doing the medicals on saturday. I am not in lagos too.

Pls house,who has an idea of how much union bank pays during training and for ow many weeks is d training going to last and for entry level ow much is been paid.

I am not too sure but from what I saw on another site, they pay 80k during training. Duration of training is 6 weeks and after that, you become banking officer 3 or so.

I think the parlance varies from bank to bank. Branch officer 3 or banking officer 3 ( I cant remember clearly) was what someone in the first batch said one would become after the 6-week training. I cant wait to get my offer letter.

I think i understand,but i object to that,i am a banker and if any bank wants to offer u a job,u start from ET,ABO,BO,and dats d level u r talking about which is a banking officer.but all the same i pray u get ur offer letter as soon as possible.all the best

I am only commenting based on what someone in the first batch posted on a job site similar to nairaland. I will do my medicals tomorrow and wait patiently for my letter. Are you making the enquiries for someone?

Its in lagos. Even those who did tests and interviews in abuja and ph came to lagos for medicals. The previous set of union bank 2009/2010 had trainings in abuja, ph and lagos, but I think they are using lagos only for this set.

I read biochemistry and I got the call and mail for medicals. I have done it last saturday. I dont have ICAN.
