I only used duphaston, though another gynae changed it to Cyclogest when I experienced spotting bt I didn't use it since my consultant is ok with the duphaston and the monetary aspect also.
However I ll advise you go for Cyclogest it offers more progesterone than duphaston. I wish you a healthy pregnancy and supernatural delivery as well ijn.

They are both progesterone
Duphaston: taken orally. Comes in 10mg tabs
Cyclogest: inserted vaginally or anally. Comes in 200mg and 400mg pessaries.

Its obvious which is more effective. . Cyclogest but its quite expensive compared to duphaston.

Are you getting enough rest? Please do. Try and relax and take it one step at a time. Get help if possible and dont stress yourself. Motherhood isnt easy but we'll cope. Take care of yourself teamie

It's not easy ooo. ...but I know I can't be pregnant forever sha. ...but the anxiety that comes when you have passed all your EDD is not funny ooo. Thanks

Fortius, how re u feeling now? Me sef, I'm battling constipation now. Wen I had my son, I had dat bullet too but I was given stool softeners; can't even remember the name. Take the veg + plenty water, you should be fine.

One magic to constipation I know is moringa leaves and seed. I don't know if you can have access to it. I know some supermarkets sell the dried leaves in containers but I have not really used those ones sha. I use fresh leaves and seeds since my mum plants it. I just boil water and put them for some minutes. When the water is still hot but drinkable i drink it n chew the leaves n seeds. They are not bitter. Just tasteless but veryyy good.
