He came in at 4pm yesterday , healthy and weighing 3.4kg via Elective induction ... I'm all tired and stressed out, but sooooo in love... So, help me thank God my people . Dear sabi mamas pls help ...I've been having this headaches since last week or so, I'm scared of taking para cox I don't knw if its safe. Can I take para? Secondly, I feel hungry like evry 2hrs, didn't experience this in my first pregnancy, pls is it normal? I've been taking my previtamins judiciously. Pls what can I do for the headache. peggygee:I fink its safe to take para or even panadol...was having migraine a certain time, complained to my gynae and he said its safe to take panadol sef...on like 2 occasions I have taken panadol... Pregnancy varies na, lol..d ist can't be like d 2nd....I fink after eating normal food and u go hungry again, u van snack on fruits... 1 Like |

Congrats on the arrival of your son charmybliz. @peggygee u can take pcm for headaches but don't make it a habit, try drinking more water, and resting / sleeping more, stay of phone. pregnancy hormones cuddle be responsible, or stress. If it doesn't relieve u, please see ur doctor, it could be malaria. 1 Like |

peggygee:if u don't want to take paracetamol it's fine just stay in a quite place no light no noise try and sleep if sleep no wan come have a warm bath and relax as much as possible n pray it will go, this is what i do when experience this even if the headcahe is severe i resist paracetamol to d end.. headache is normal in preg and if u cannot bear it take 1 paracetamol or half paracetamol and drink plenty water 3 Likes |

Try n get a breast pump n express milk for him so someone else can feed him while u sleep. If ur flow is not enough for him yet, pls augment with formula. It doesn't make u less of a mother 2 Likes |

jazzyjazz: Yes it is, it's due to all the stress u passed through during labour and after it. It happened to me with my first child, I would just cry for no reason for the first 4weeks after delivery. But I got over it, just pamper yourself, eat whatever you want, on generator and enjoy your life. Ask for help when you need it don't do any super hero, leave chores for now please 4 Likes |
