The internet is divided about it, something about the undistilled one being unpasteurized. Some others argue that its acid level makes it very safe.

Me o, I use it and it works for me. Indigestion and heartburn. Some even use it for morning sickness but sometimes I throw up after using it so can't vouch for its efficacy in that area.
