Woke up on Saturday morning with mild menstrual cramps like contractions. Went to the toilet n saw my show. Called my hubby n we went to the hospital.
Dr checked me n send me to delivery ward. Main story....... I was checked by the midwife n she said im 2cm dilated, dey inserted catheter n after an hour it fell off. I was checked again n I was 7cm dilated bt d contractions was still mild. She placed me on drip n drama cum start,contractions got stronger n I felt like I want to poooooooooo, she came n check n she shouted d baby's head is out. My cutie was born few minutes after. The whole inducement lasted 3hrs. This my second time of being induced. I wish all pushing mama's safe delivery. To we in d vigilante ministry more strength.

Wow! ur BS sound so easy,painless n fast...May God make it easy 4 us d pushing mamas.Amen

Pls even wit increased proteins n veggie I wil prefer u take fersolate 1tab twice daily n u MUST take it wit vitamin C if not its a waste of d fersolate. Also taking complan milk is a gud way to increase dietary protein n other nutrients

That being said, maitain a positive attitude. Na for God hand e dey. Do ur best n leave God to do his own. Doctor Jesus is his name. U can rock ur hips wen on all fours. Also putting a shinning torch in ur vijay wen lying down legs wide apart in a dark room, some pple say d baby wil see d light n try to turn. So...be happy nothing spoil. Sing praises. Ur joy is complete

i entered a mothercare store during my 1st trimester and i went to their maternity clothes section and i was like damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn ***aint no way i am wearing these 'unsexy' dresses/tops***

i am still wearing some of my pre-pregnancy clothes and i just accessorise with cardigans(depending on the weather), blazers and long, beautiful scarfs (a must - i dont go out without one).

what about underwear? do you feel comfortable in them? these days i just go pantless/thongless

Same here.. The discharge is all day errday!! My munchkin has no chill, after sitting on my diaphragm & intenstines all day &l giving me federal level heartburn, by 1-3 AM without fail, its from tap dancing to full on pop lock & break dancing...

I'll so Love this baby ehn,with enough buttock taps.

I keep asking my mum and DH with a very serious face why people have to go through this journey 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 times and even more how and why do they do it yet , they cant give me any straight answer and instead choose to laugh at me and call me a clown

pele @ discharge. have you tried douching with warm water + salt + dettol? it should give you some relief and stop the discharge.

warm water + few drops of tea tree oil also works.

baby dey kick well well. mine starts in the evenings when i'm all relaxed and watching TV/movie.

is that what that leg discomfort is called? 'restless leg syndrome' kai. it hasnt been funny. i just started experiencing it recently -especially evenings and early mornings - my leg is kinda stiff and i walk like an old woman for few minutes before the discomfort eases off.

Hello to all pushing mamas, congrats to all my team mates that have dropped and those of us patiently waiting. I am over 40weeks now and my doctor says my cervix hasn't even dilated at all...Hmmm, I have danced, I still had about 25minutes walk today, my doctor suggested nipple stimulation but the thing painful no be small. He has given me till Monday,that if I no show, na induction be that o and that if induction doesn't work, he is going to do CS. Before now, I don't mind the two options, but they scare the hell out of me now.. I don't know why. I wish my labor starts spontaneously before Monday.
