My pvc is 26% and I’m using guinea corn stalk (poroporo) to boost it, how effective is it?

Good evening moms.
Just about asking something similar.
My baby weighs 780 grams at 19 weeks.
Checked Google and I'm far beyond expected weight. Should I be worried? And what can I do, please

Greetings to all mamas and dads in the house. I've been a silent follower of this thread for a few weeks now and it wouldn't be fair if I don't share this here.

So sometime last year my wife missed her period, from our local calculations from her lmp EDD fell on the 24th of May but first scan we did by her 21st week gave the EDD for 9th of May. Yours truly wasn't really bothered since from every indication it wouldn't exceed the month of May.

It was quite a smooth ride all through. Fast forward to 7th of May around 2am she began purging after that stomach started aching which got severe as time went on. I checked the date and discovered its just 2days to EDD and this should be labour, I called wife's sister who confirmed the signs was for labour that we should dash for the hospital. Around 6am we set off for the hospital. A nurse checked her and said it isn't yet time but she should still wait for the doctor. Meanwhile the pains (more like contractions) had suddenly disappeared. Doctor also confirmed that it isn't labour that she still has a quite a while to go. He offered her Flagyl to stop the purge. Yours truly was kind of relieved and disappointed at same time. I had already informed some people that wifey was in labour. We went back home and normalcy resumed.

Fast forward to the early hours of this morning 15th May, around 3am contractions started it got so pronounced that around 4am it started coming at an interval of 3minutes apart. I had read a handful from this beautiful thread already to know that this was the real deal. Remembering what happened the previous week, I didn't bother calling anyone this time around so as not to raise another false alarm and risk not to be taken serious anymore. I told her to get set so we leave for the hospital, contraction continued and the urge to poo set it. I begged her not to as from my few weeks here it might just be the baby coming down as I can't risk attending to her if it happens in the restroom. I've gained a lot of knowledge from here but midwifery wasn't one. Against my plea she still did poo and thank goodness nothing happened. She was set after a while and we set off for the hospital.

A nurse checked her and all she said was "one finger" and referred her to the next room to seat. All trials to make her explained exactly what she meant by the one finger proved abortive. At that moment I remembered "Google is your friend" I quickly went to search for the meaning only to discover she's just 1-2cm dilated and it might still take a while for the baby to come. I explained the meaning for wifey and she decided if that was the case she should go to work. This was kicked against and she was asked to remain. I decided to set off for work.

Now the testimony, I was just getting to the office when I received a call from her. I was thinking probably they have come to check on her again and maybe it has increased to "two fingers" but no. I heard the best statement I've heard all year which was she telling me "the baby is out". I couldn't hide my excitement. Everything progressed so fast. She didn't spend upto 30 minutes in the delivery room before our prince landed around past 8am. Baby weighing 3.2kg, mother strong and healthy with no tears, no inducement no prolonged labour. It can only be God. I'm eternally grateful.
