are u sure? i thought it was the dirtiest. well,may be we are improving a bit. i grew up in owerri,then we had waste collection bins in every street(in the early 80s) everywhere was neat.now we are richer and dirtier.

Na wah o! How many countries una don visit?? Even within africa sef?? I know say naija dirty o! but dont paint us black just yet. atleast I've been in some african countries and I can tell you that naija is not the dirtiest country in africa, there is no way we can be 4th after three asian countries.
