We seek to train young graduateswho:

are interested in acquiring and applying telecom business and management skills;

are great team players, value diversity, have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

have excellent academic pedigree evidenced by a good degree, minimum Upper Second Class from a recognised university; have held leadership roles in school or the community;

are creative, dynamic and resourceful, display a confident approach to the working environment, have a drive for results

are not older than 26 years, and may be geographically mobile
