Is it possible 4 me to obtain D.P.R storage license and NNPC/PPMC lifting right, for distribution of petroleum product locally, without having a Filling station ? pls if there is a possibilities i need ur help,help me respond to this my question pls. guys thanx 4 ur contributions in dis forum, God bless u all

Yes its possible, in fact the storage and lading rate for leasing storage tanks are set by PPPRA |
