The essence is Tawheed. Any attempt at reformation of urself that doesn't begin with Tawheed will not last. Must begin & end with Tawheed.

Islam is built on the belief that there is none worthy of Worship but Allah. He is One, indivisible & Unique. Anything that is He is Not.

Allah translates to "The Only God." He transcends His Creation although nearer to each of us than our Jugular thru His Power & Authority

Tawheed is to focus all worship towards Allah & free ourself from the worship of anything else. Allah is One who NONE can be His Second.

Tawheed is only true when 7 conditions are met in how we conduct our life & the belief we keep in our heart. Without the 7 there is no faith:

1-KNOWLEDGE that ends ignorance about who is the Divine. To know Allah is start of faith. Who He is & why you were created & what to believe

2-CERTAINTY that cures doubt about the Divine & His determination for us individually & collectively. We believe with certainty in Him alone

3-ACCEPTANCE of the ramifications of belief in Allah & His Messengers & that there are Divinely ordained laws that must be observed.

4-SUBMISSION to that which you ACCEPT from the CERTAIN KNOWLEDGE you have about Allah. U hear & Obey & seek to distinguish urself in that.

5-TRUTHFUL to the faith & the Divine. You do what Allah seeks without hypocrisy or to win favour. You Keep to ur faith even when alone

6-SINCERITY to Allah in all acts of devotion. You remove all superstition & reliance upon all others from your life to attain ikhlas

7-LOVE the One the AlMighty thru ur ritual worship that is ordained upon you & grow in Love for Allah thru living at peace with His creation

Without these 7 Tawheed is not true and one is not of faith even if they may claim it. O Allah keep us firm upon Tawheed & bless us for it.
