it's a simple thing-- sitting for too long in front of a computer or holding your smartphone to your face while surfing for long hours is the most likely cause in the complainants cases here.
y'all should flex yourselves away from pcs and smartphones for a bit. drink water. drink a tall glass of warm milk [if you are milk-tolerant, because i personally have some digestion problems when i take powdered milk, especially cowbell ]. if the headache's too bad, take 2 tabs of panadol, rest for 1hr at least. for those who are extremely sensitive to developing headaches, try using tinted or dark-shaded glasses when out in the sun.
