@iyabeta dear,lik favored said earlier,u accelerated 2yrs course to 1yr,my prayer 4 u is dat d lord will giv u d strenght to carry this course load without carry over,jus stick to wat ur doctor suggests,lik rest,kip ur legs elevetated & off d ground,Dnt stand or sit for too long,do the water deep to help distribute energy evenly tru d body,wen u wake in d morning Dnt spring up n off d bed,gently get up,sit for 15 to 25seconds b4 lifting ur self off.after this one u can wait some yrs b4 registerin anoda course,wink,its well wit u

Please only take metformin under a Doctor's supervision. It's not everyone with a diagnosis of PCOS that require metformin. Just see your doctor and don't self medicate.

I understand pretty well iyabetajos, our people will judge and blame you. I experienced that too and I almost lost my mind listening to them all. My doctor said 'Tayo, you would not have done anything to avoid this, don't blame yourself for anything'. I try not to but when they keep acting funny, friends started saying all sort of things around. They blame me for working while pregnant cos they are all housewives. They blame me for not praying hard, I cried and cried and almost run mad. 'Beauty' from pregnancy thread sent me an email that really help, she said do not listen to any blame and don't cry in the presence of any friend, cry to God and with your husband. They are the only one that understand how you feel right now. Iyabetajos, though I am still not stable emotionally especially when I see all the things we've prepared for them but I urge you to be strong in the Lord. Trust me, He is the only one that will comfort and help you thru. He is able, trust His decision and you will never regret it. You shall testify sooner and this time without any complications. Love you
