I don't have problem with his using them but his training programme gave no chance for some players to improve.

When he said he only worked with 13 players for the season, how would the remaining players improve ? Unless you want to tell me Emerson was in that 13.

Yes, Sarri had flaws, primarily being tactically inflexible, however there were good positives from his tenure, his basic ideology was attacking football and to an extent he drilled the basics and fundamentals of his system into the team.

Saying that what we saw yesterday was all down to Lampard's methods is untrue and downright ridiculous.

Lampard has tweaked minor aspects of sarrisimo but the foundation is undeniable.

Even in the academy, they teach you basics of football. You are expected to know how to give and receive short and long passes as a professional player. Those are the foundations that must be laid by academy coaches.

Passing from the back, is not the key thing in Lampard's system. If he doesn't change the players orientation on making a lot of short passes leading to nowhere, then he's doomed.

Transition to attack is not only majorly by one Jorginho, so where's the framework? Lampard scattered Sarri's system and brought his into the team and even when we have United sitting behind the ball, we could create numerous chances, unlike under Sarri.

Lampard didnt use any Sarri framework at Derby, he's not using any Sarri framework at Chelsea biko. All professional players learnt those basic skills in academies.
