AIDS is being waived I believe, because of its discriminatory tendencies but for some other communicable diseases like tuberculosis and syphilis, they expect that you take some dosage of treatment before migrating for obvious reasons. Ferdimako, you can go thru previous threads and see examples of people with signs of TB and Syphilis and are being asked to undergo some treatments.
