Thanks so much for your input. A Clean Title 2002 Toyota Highlander will cost between 2.1 - 2.2m, those tokunbo you saw going for 1.7m might be a lemon. Response on advert doesn't matter much as most serious buyers make calls rather than respond to advert. This SUV should have been sold since yesterday but the owner insisted he is selling for 1.6m while the buyer offered 1,560m. I persuaded the owner to let go of the SUV bt he refused. I don't sell registered cars because most sellers will not disclose what is wrong with their car and at the long run the dealer will be held responsible for selling crap, but this ride is for a neighbor putting up his SUV for sale which i know the history and maintenance. So its up to the owner.
