Chelsea of UK feeder team player, Emmanuel Seriki, has lost his elder brother, Peace Seriki.Peace committed suicide on Thursday at Kaduna after a quarrel over N500,000 he squandered inappropriately.

One of the family members who spoke to newsmen said Peace drank a highly poisonous insecticide known as Snipper which he mixed with shaving powder.

“We woke up this morning (Thursday) and discovered that his door was locked. When we forced it opened, we saw him dead,” he stated.

According to information gathered from close friends at Emma’ residence at Narayi Highcost, Kaduna, he must have felt humiliated that his younger brother, Emma, could call him unprintable names just for spending his money without proper explanation.

A source hinted P.M.NEWS that Emma, the Chelsea player, sent the money into Peace’s account and asked him to cash it from the bank and meet him in Abuja on Tuesday 29, May, when he flew into the country . But Peace withdrew the money and spent it.

All efforts to speak with Emma Seriki on the why the quarrel with his elder brother proved abortive.

He simply told our reporter: “Please I am not in the right state of mind to talk now.”

The family decided to bury him today .

He is no longer with Chelsea. They joined Chelsea youth team after under 17 youth championship in 2003. Emmanuel Seriki alongside Chinedu Ogbuke, Bala Ezekiel and Michael Obi joined the team at the same time. But only Michael Obi made progress at Chelsea.
