Why can't we start ours to attract professionals from abroad; rail engineers, nuclear scientists etc.

unfortunatly the world doesn't need anything from Nigeria but their oil and we don't even control that so what good would a lottery do when poverty and corruption is so rampant in our country

listen jack ass i love Nigeria but the sooner people like you stop turning a blind eye to what is really going on and start talking about the truth and doing something about it the better for Nigeria. There is corruption all over the world but the one that concerns me is the one in Nigeria thats why i mentioned it

I think we need to protect our borders first since you can 'drive' into Nigeria from practically all the surrounding wink countries without seeing immigration or 'settle' them if you see one.
