I can make spring polls and samosa but don't know how to make the others you mentioned above.

@schendy, ok. Hold on for a while. I haven't done it before, i only have the recipes and its a piece of cake (to me sha). I will make samosa and springroll in few days. I believe it will come out fine so by then i will give you the details with pictures.
