Recall that the advert only specified job roles. I think the years of experience differenciates experinced from graduate level.

So I applied for Access and Systems Security Specialist and not assitant. I have close to 9 years experience in information security so I am sure mine is experience hire. I feel the Assistant is for graduate level.
