Yeah, that is expected, our baby must not starve o. You just be sure that you aren't lactating well before introducing formula.

There's nothing wrong with formula but if it is your desire to breastfeed exclusively then it is good for you to try your best.

I just wean my baby too, I'll make sure he open his eyes in the midnight while crying, put the things I know he love playing with before him, after he must have stopped crying, I give him water. na real war sha but I was able to overcome it last week. This week, he sleeps all through the night cos he knows there is nothing for him in the midnyt. Then I didn't really feel the breast pain cos I stopped day breastfeeding long before, then started reducing mid but feeding too. So my breast was not engorged when I decided to stop finally.

You can try Zaynie's cough recipe

Palm oil n Sugar
1 cube st luios sugar
And sizeable palm oil.
Crush the sugar in d palm oil in a small cup.
Give him a spoon(tsp) every 2 hours or as soon as the cough is coming.

Ori n a pinch of salt.
Melt ori n d pinch of salt in a metal spoon.
That is put d spoon over fire.
Then pour the melted oil n salt into a plastic spoon and blow till cool. U can use ur finger to checkbor ur tongue.... then give ur baby.
Let him swallow it.
Its relieve is instant. Give as often as needed.
Then find d root cause of the cough...
It could even be perfume...or powder.
Just watch closely.

I am 8months+ post-partum and I still release gas through my vagina. Pls how do I rectify this and what are the implications and how do I prevent this in future births.

Vagina farts are called Queefing and are hilarious! Mine went on its own though I helped out by Kegels exercise (clenching your vagina) or sitting on a hard stool apparently. Sometimes the fan would hit my ladybits and it would happen . Don't forget to use it to emotionally blackmail your child in 20 years: "when I was farting through my vajajay because of you, now you don't want to be a Footballer/Doctor/Wizkid! A "

Thanks ma'am. I'm doing this right away. Our cough is associated with diarrhea. He is teething, had diarrhea for two days, it left and brought out cough.

If I remember well., we used that earthy looking stone chipped from houses built by termites. It is mixed with a little water to form a paste and then applied on the cheeks.
Ask herb sellers.

this is not an answer to your question, I just wanted to advice other mamas to be sure of the immunization being given to their babies.

I had to go for the 6 weeks immunization on Tuesday and because it's one of the nurses that sells it was a hidding something another nurse administered a wrong drug the meningococcal conjugate if not that I was reading what was written on the syringe I would have thought she gave Rota Virus vaccine, I told her it was the wrong medication and insisted even when she tried to convince me she gave Rota before the Nurse selling came to say it was a wrong one and gave Rota. We ended up taking two and I had to see a pediatric to be sure the meningococcal conjugate was safe for baby and was cleared it's OK.

Please be absolutely sure of the drug being given and ask questions because you will be the one to bear the consequences if the drug administered is not the right one.
