I totally agree with you comtem2011 as regards the issue of tongue tie mama's pls let's always be sure by seeing a specialist before removing anything. A lot has been said as regards this on Ask the paediatrician group on facebook.

Don't be scared. I didn't write that to scare you but just a wake up call to our new Mama's here to always seek second opinion on matters that concern babies. Just take him to the hospital, and all will be well. He is just 2 years, thank God you noticed on time. He will call Mummy and Daddy taya. It is well with you mama

Can I start using teething drugs for her this early?

Madam is teething but I won't advice you start using drugs for her unless the situation warrant it. She may actually not bring out the teeth anytime soon. My daughter started doing the same around that 3 months and now we're going to 6 but no sign of any teeth in sight yet. She will have the symptoms and stop for weeks then start again now imagine if we've been bombarding her with drugs since that time.


Only give her drug her temperature is beyond normal or coughing becomes much more serious

I don't think it's bad but it contains little useful nutrients. It's just processed starch. Well prepared pap is better In my opinion

Na wa for the person o. So it's custard that will make the bone to be strong. She is not serious.

Nothing is wrong with ur baby, she will walk at the appropriate time. The only thing I can recommend for strong bone is vitamin C or seven seas.

Milk flavor(powdered)
Deep orange(powdered, also called vit c)
Egg/sunset yellow(powdered)
Any flavor of your choice(strawberry, banana, pineapple, vanilla etc)(should be in powdered form too)
Preservative(optional, I didn't use)
Some actually add sugar and salt tho, but I didn't use it

Depending on how many kg of corn flour that you bought shaa
You first sieve your corn flour using a net sieve to remove all these chaff and tiny insects
You can use a big bowl that can contain everything(the corn flour etc so you can mix them well)
Add the egg yellow, deep orange, preservative and mix very well so they'll blend.
Add the milk flavor and your vanilla flavor or any flavor of your choice and mix well too
Pour in empty paint or custard bucket

Make sure he latches properly, the entire black part of the breast, not just the nipple should be inside his mouth when you want to feed him. That way you would encounter only minimal pain and it would subside soon.

Hello mama's in the house please help me baby is just 10days ,and he refuses to breastfeed, he has been breastfeeding for like 7days only for him to stop sucking it,though baby too is making effort to suck but it seems he can't do it well again, I am supporting him on formular for now, the pains is out of this world.
