You can get it in the market where they sell educational stuff for children. It comes as a puzzle pack. You fix it toogether and it becomes a mat. Its cheaper than most play mats and also durable. They come in Alphabets and numbers.

Yes, he was ebf, til few days ago Wen I introduced formula ( cow n gate) bt he refused takin it except 4 little Wen forced. Bt i ve stoped givin him. I ve bn givin him water tru out 2day. Bt til now no pee. Should I stp givin him d drugs. Since his poo is ok now?
@ keji3, at all, d front side of his diaper is as dry is as dry as Wen he wore it, except d backside dat has d poo. Tru out last nite, no poo no pee. Since mornin til now, no pee, little poo

stop getting worried.your baby is okay.I use syringe without needle to force my baby to take water else we usually experience same dry diaper and its working.just try it.

Kindly put me tru o FTM..I'm not yet lactating properly.hunger wan finish babi.we bought Nan1 already she's not taking well.she prefers sucking d dry breast now my nipples are on fire.like its been hit with an iron,cracked,sore,painful, etc.almost in tears if I want 2 put it in her mouth.
Help me with suggestions pls.Note some one advice I take small stout and peak milk to aid lactation which I did but I almost regretted.it somehow helped but baby seems to b reacting to d little milk coming out.

Are you sure your baby is latching well,? Shouldn't be just the nipppple the entire black area should enter the baby's mouth

If it hurts badly you can buy nipppple cream (I use lasinoh) and it's safe for babies so u don't have to worry about washing it off

As per lactating, make sure you are taking lots of fluids, water, pap, tea, etc and just be patient with the process as long as you put the baby to the breast often the milk will come

If she doesn't like nan you can try Sms but kore importantly what bottle are u using to give her, try tomee tippee they say that's the closest to the real thing

Try giving her this cereals made from wheat, millet, fonio, tiger nuts, white rice etc.

Trust me. No baby has ever rejected it.

Its also very cheap and affordable.

Dear mums, please I have a 3mnth old. He has been having night fever. Especially his palms are hot at night. We have taken him to the hospital and treated malaria but the night fever is still there for almost a week now. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to end it? I need opinions on my lo.. I have a SUPER ACTIVE BOY.. the boy is active o! and he doesnt get tired.. and no.. he doesnt eat processed sugar..
he only sleeps for 3hrs max during d day. and wont sleep until 9pm. The remaining part of the day is for playing. he gets bored easily.. he enjoys going out nd playing with other children.. but I dnt have frnds around. .
He sleeps all thru d night.. so I get to rest.. but I dnt do anything during the day because we have to play together..

pls wht can I do to engage him. i understand he needs to b engaged all d time. I think the only toy he doesnt have is a car and I saw one yesterday so I am going to pick it up today. .
I don tire.. where can I get educational materials? I am at loss of wht to do., the ideas I have aint age appropriate yet..

You can try eucalyptus oil AKA silver bird( brand name) I used it for my LO and it worked just put a few drops in a bowl of hot water and let her inhale the steam. Pele..

Congratulations nd welcome on board, bout d sore tips its normal all u need to do is make sure ur baby keeps sucking it will heal within a week, when I started breastfeeding it was hell, I used to dread putting my baby to it, but 5 months don waka now nd we still dey carry go...pele motherhood no b beans o.nd take lots of fluid, anything hot should do(if u dont take pap, oat,) but please take it easy with d milk some kids react to it.

Pele, I can imagine what you're going through.
You can get kids videos for him not just nursery rhymes I usually download them from YouTube
How about getting him a coloring book and some crayons, but the only problem be say your walls go hear am Plus he might even use it to colour his body too. I remember one time our last born wrote Letter A on the walls of the whole sitting room long story short, we had to repaint.
Others mamas go add cos the other ideas coming to my head will still require you to be actively involved.

Y not try the famous sebamed, if you don't want to use the baby one you can try the one for adults. Either one of them should work fine for your children.

dunny.. my boy also broke out with measles lastweek. but if u c his skin, u wont know. wht I dd was: I stopped sponge whn I observed nd was using only soap for him morning nd night. I used his sebamed, calamine lotion nd 7keys herbal mixture..
After d episode, I continued with d soap nd adin dudu (made from palmoil) no regrets..
u can try sebamed soap nd original coconut oil as his cream. then let him take cucumbers nd carrots.. the benefits r great for skin rejuvenation . I used to soak cucumbers in my Los water during d episode. .

Lool...I can imagine,my son is 6 months old and he's super active.I downloaded nursery rhymes for him on YouTube and he loves.I just put him in a rocker and I get to do some things.You can try it too.

I tot of buying bicycle for her. Mamas is dat ok 4her age? I yaff tire o.

Now since last Thursday I gave birth I've almost finished a tin of milk about 440gram. Baby doesn't sleep at night.criess and cries.stomach makes noises,she farts every now and then.cud it b d milk I'm taking or the NAN she's taking?

Please stop d milk and watch if there is any difference, when I gave birth nd I had d same problem, a mother advised that we sshould stop all diary products. It could b colic, you can help her by massagin her tommy with cloth dipped in hot water(not too hot o, nd squeeze out d water), read about colic so ull understand better. I was able to manage it with my princess without any medication, most of all, make sure u burp after every feed.

You will probably soon start getting advice on how u should give your baby herb or used d cord nd lantern, or ogiri iijebu or nospamin, IMO all u need is patience nd b4 u kno it 3 months is gone. PLEASE DON'T BE TEMPTED TO GIVE AGBO.
